Provides flat rate local access origination from DID, direct inward dial, numbers for call centers, ISP's & carriers. Traffic originating on the DIDs provided to the customer is routed to the customer's network through a SIP-based IP interconnection or PRI.

Local Number Portability

•  Local Number Portability allows customers to “port” existing DIDs from their current provider to the new carrier. We will accept LNPs of up to 99 DIDs per order. Requests to LNP greater than 100 DIDs per order will require product approval and will be handled as a special project.

Trunk Group Features and Restrictions

•  ANI/DNIS: ANI delivery as well as 0-10 digit DNIS is available. DNIS manipulation is not an option.
•  Call forwarding/remote call forwarding is not available with DID service

911 Waivers

•  Carriers are required to sign a 911 waiver of liability
•  Waiver states Carrier will block any 911 dialed digits end-users may dial or misdial Protects DCI from any and all liability incurred as a result of carrier end-users dialing 911 and not having the appropriate emergency service notified
